Version of 14 October 2026
Agreement
These terms of use govern access to and use of the Kroov service, published by EVA AI TECHNOLOGIES (SAS, SIREN 102 405 768, 5 rue Ellenhard, 67000 Strasbourg, France). By creating an account or using the service, you accept them for yourself and, where applicable, for the organization you represent. The terms of sale also apply to any payment.
The service
Kroov is an online marketing service: analysis of your brand, production of posts, images and videos by artificial intelligence models, publishing to your networks, and, depending on the modules open in your workspace, support and phone assistants. Productions consume credits according to the price list shown in the application.
Accounts and access
You provide accurate information and protect your credentials; you are responsible for activity under your account. A workspace owner manages its members, their rights, integrations and billing. Tell us without delay at support@kroov.ai about any unauthorised use of your account.
Acceptable use and prohibited content
You agree not to produce, publish, send or upload with Kroov any content that is:
- unlawful, or incites an offence;
- endangering minors, including any content sexualising a minor;
- sexually explicit;
- hateful or discriminatory towards a person or group;
- harassing, threatening or disparaging towards a person;
- violent, glorifying violence or terrorism;
- infringing others' intellectual property (trademarks, works, images without rights);
- impersonating a person or brand, including through a realistic image, video or voice of a real person without their consent;
- infringing others' privacy or personal data;
- spam or scams: unsolicited bulk messages or calls, canvassing people who have not agreed to it, fake reviews, false information, phishing.
You also agree not to process data without a legal basis, circumvent access, security, credit or limit controls, disrupt the service, or resell access to the service without our written consent.
Your content and generated content
You remain the owner of the content you provide. You authorise us to process it only as needed for the service. Content produced by Kroov for you belongs to you, subject to third-party rights; similar content may be produced for other users.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete or resemble existing works: you review it before publishing it, and you are responsible for what you publish. Images and videos produced carry a machine-readable marking stating they were generated by AI; you do not remove it. Where the law requires it, in particular for realistic images, video or sound depicting people, places or events, you clearly tell the public that the content was generated or altered by AI.
Phone assistant
If the phone assistant is open in your workspace, you also accept its own terms when you activate it. You only call people you are entitled to contact for a specific task; automated commercial canvassing and bulk calls are prohibited. The assistant announces that it is an AI, on whose behalf it calls, and that the conversation is transcribed; it hangs up if the person refuses. You honour any request not to be called again; Kroov keeps a do-not-call list per workspace.
Reporting abuse
To report unlawful content or an abusive use of Kroov, write to support@kroov.ai describing precisely the content or behaviour concerned and, if possible, where it is. We review every report and may remove content or suspend an account.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or the law, or whose use endangers the service or third parties, after a warning when the seriousness allows. You can delete your account at any time from your settings, under the privacy policy.
Changes and availability of the service
Kroov evolves: we may add, change or remove features, in particular for security, compliance or product reasons, and we tell you about any significant change. We make our best efforts for the service to run without interruption, without being able to guarantee it; maintenance may make it temporarily unavailable.
Liability
Kroov is liable for direct damage caused by a breach of its obligations. For a business customer, Kroov is not liable for indirect damage (loss of revenue, customers or unsaved data) and its total liability is limited to the amounts paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to it. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law grants consumers.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. We may change them; the date of their version appears at the top of the page, and a new version is presented to you at your next sign-in. Disputes with a business customer fall under the courts of Strasbourg; a consumer may refer to the court provided for by law.
